Lottie, a passionate fitness enthusiast from Australia, has taken on the role of head of reformer at Victus studio in London. Known for her toughness and unwavering commitment, she leads with expertise and guides her clients on their fitness journeys. Formally known as the Tiny Torturer on her home soil in Australia, she is set to challenge your perception of the ‘Reformer Pilates’, focusing strength based principles to ensure you’re getting more than just a stretch. Her genuine care and dedication have made a lasting impact on the fitness community in Australia, and now she’s ready to strike here in London

Stella is a strength-focused reformer trainer from sunny Australia, bringing the Aussie heat and energy to her classes. With her dynamic approach, you can expect a workout that’s both powerful and uplifting.

Stella also holds certifications in pre/postnatal reformer training, 800-hour yoga qualification, and a degree in nutritional and dietetic medicine giving her a well-rounded approach to health and wellbeing. 

Her classes deliver equal parts challenge, fun, and care, as she artfully combines expertise with genuine passion to leave members feeling strong from the inside out.

In her own journey, Stella discovered that pushing past her limits on the reformer not only built physical resilience but also transformed her mental outlook. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others experience this same growth, inspiring a mindset shift that extends beyond the studio. Her classes empower members to move with intention, reconnect with their bodies, and find joy in each step of the journey toward strength and balance.

Ruth swapped the corporate life for a better life, after discovering the impact that moving her body had on her mental health.

In Ruth’s classes, be prepared to work as hard as her playlists. From Space Jam themed change overs, to HipHop Thursdays to Fred Again (again again and again). Don’t be fooled by that unwavering smile, Ruth will push you to dig deep and bring the energy to match the vibes in the studio. 

Her mission is to help clients join the dots between mind and body, proving that one is only as strong as the other.

Ammie

Don’t be fooled by Ammie's laid-back and silly vibes outside class, once that door is closed you will be put to the test with no nonsense programming set to the backdrop of uplifting and motivating bangers. She knows how to encourage you while pushing you out of your comfort zone and will even be your friend at the end of it. Whether you're running, boxing, or getting your burn on in reformer expect a class that will leave you feeling stronger week after week. If you are after a challenge Ammie's class is for you!

Neha

Neha, Head of Fitness and Nike Training Ambassador, represents the coach she once needed and believes that sport and movement have so much more purpose than what we've been brought up to believe 

She believes fitness should be accessible to EVERYbody and aims to create a space that allows others to embrace their own journey and discover their unique magic

Neha takes a holistic approach to training and her classes are designed to build strength, confidence and JOY beyond the studio walls. Quality movement, good vibes and community drive her to be the coach you deserve

Regardless of where you’re at in your journey, Neha will meet you at your start line. Expect to be challenged, but remember “it’s a marathon, not a sprint”

Mikey is a fitness instructor by day & a west performer by night. He strives to make a positive change on a client's own journey each class whilst bringing energy and huge beats. Mikey believes the only person standing in your own way is you. Everything can be overcome and conquered with a good solid mindset leading the way. He also understands progress isn’t linear and there will bumps in the road. And whether you’re feeling like a superhero or having a bit of an off day he strives to make a positive impact and make you feel strong!

Stevie

“Fall down 7 times get up 8” is a mantra that Stevie lives by, fail and fall all you want, as long as you get up and go again! As a professional actor you’re guaranteed a performance, his infectious energy combined with a banging and diverse playlist will keep the lights on even on the darkest of days. 

With 25 years of Muay Thai experience, training and fighting out of Bad Company gym in Leeds, Hanuman gym in Darlington and 4 months of living and training in Thailand, a degree in Sport and Nutrition and 8 years as Crossfit Coach you can be sure you’ll be guided through your workout with a wealth of knowledge. Fun fact about Stevie, he was a competitor on the TV game show Total Wipeout and won. If you ask him nicely he’ll give you the YouTube link”

Group exercise is my passion. There is nothing better than bringing a room full of people together to challenge their limits and leave them feeling wowed by what they have achieved. I work hard to deliver classes to the highest of standards, ensuring I give everyone in that room the feeling that I am invested in giving them the best possible workout. My classes are fun, fresh, energetic and always buzzing.

I believe fitness, health and well-being is achievable for everyone. My style of training is to get people mentally strong, have belief, and achieved things that leave them with a feeling of accomplishment, positivity and joy. 

For me, a strong mind, means a strong body and these must come together for people to truly live, happier and healthier. 

My mantra is mindset is everything.

Keris Ellington - Brown is a Fitness Coach and Yoga Teacher who believes movement is a natural medicine, acting as a catalyst to cultivate inner wisdom and a deeper connection to yourself. Whether on the Mat or the Reformer, Keris encourages her students to be human by meeting themselves where they’re at; encouraging you to go one step further when extra is available and taking a moment to breath when necessary, all whilst embracing and laughing at the journey in between. Keris’ classes are fiery, empowering, dynamic and fun and she takes great pride in supporting her students through each session

Maria

From day dot Maria has always had a passion for moving her body.  From dancing from a tiny age, to professionally, (to in da club cos she’s a party gal at heart) and then moving into fitness. With all sorts of physical hobbies alongside from netball to badminton to rock climbing. And she now loves passing on this passion of moving to others, specialising in strength training, boxing and mobility. Our bodies are made to move and she believes everyone can and should find a way of moving that they enjoy, where they can appreciate their body for what it can do. So be sure to be pushed to your limits in her classes, there’ll always be an element of a challenge, where it’s you against the clock, seeing what you can achieve. Expect the perfect balance of light and jokey and educational and informative. All to banging tunes in Maria’s true party gal spirit.

The one you love to hate! Seon is a trainer who thrives on getting the best out of everyone around him. Equipped with a sadistic nature and super villain-esq laugh, expect to be pushed to your limits in the best way possible.

A huge amount of experience competing in several sports, not only means he's well versed on the physicality of training, but the mental side as well. As an athlete, consistency takes centre stage, and Seon is here to help you create long-lasting healthy habits.

Michelle’s ready to bring the Aussie heat to the reformer room! 

Coming from a performing background, Michelle has always had a passion for health and fitness and started her fitness career just under 10 years ago!

She’s known as the ‘smiling assassin’ and she’ll ensure you walk out of the studio feeling empowered with a full body burn.

Poppi-Redd is our born and bread Essex firecracker who will put you through your paces. 

Coming from a gymnastics background, Poppi knows what it means to push your body beyond limits you didn’t know you had within you. She has a strong belief that fitness is a lifestyle choice and wishes to encourage as many people to take that leap with her!

Ellie is a professional dancer and all-round fitness enthusiast, covering everything from calisthenics to long distance road cycling. She has always utilised strength training to optimise her performance, and since being introduced to the world of reformer, she has been able to take each activity to a new level.

Ellie’s mission is to help others realise their full potential and improve their overall quality of life through reformer training. Ellie’s classes always have a functional focus to help you achieve goals in all walks of life; whether that be building your strength and endurance to achieve a new marathon PB or to simply ease back pain when sitting at your desk or carrying your shopping.

Gee

Gee has been a dedicated Senior FOH member for the past two years, passionate about VS and its ethos. She's buzzing to step into her new role as a trainer.

Gee is a natural performer, having trained as an actor and she's thrilled to have found a career that ignites her passion just as much as acting does. 

Her family finds it amusing that the little drama queen who always wanted to be carried (as a toddler, though she wouldn’t mind if someone offered now) and couldn’t catch a ball, is now a trainer.

Gee fell in love with fitness and experienced its transformative impact on her life and mental health. She's determined to share this positive energy with others, proving that training is for everyone (and she's proof!). She promises that working out can be incredibly fun too.

Expect 00s remixes, high energy, and a lotta love in her sessions. Don’t be fooled by her red hair and big smile—she’ll push you to your limits while supporting you every step of the way, helping you discover just how amazing you truly are.

Ollie joined the Victus family on the Front of House team, where he learnt first-hand just how much of a positive impact a Victus Soul class can have on your day. Now he’s ready to step out from behind the front desk to share that positivity as a trainer.

After hanging up her dancing shoes and finding herself in the fitness industry 7 years ago, Viki is bringing a lifetime of passion for movement.

"You never feel more alive than when you feel your own power, both physically and mentally. The best part is, that's never given, but that can always be earned!"

That's what Viki loves the most about group fitness. Individuals coming together with a shared vision of showing up for themselves day in and day out.

You can expect to not only be challenged physically with moves to push you and humble you at the same time, but also powered mentally with big vibes and even bigger tunes to get you through.

Only rule in my class: Never give up. You can have a bad day, be tired or have another million reasons to quit, but we show up and we get through it together

Deena brings a vibrant energy to her Reformer classes, drawing from her extensive experience as a former European dance champion and coach. With a deep understanding of movement honed through years of dance, she now channels that expertise into Reformer, with a focus on helping clients with their personal progression in strength, coordination and confidence. 

Known for curating incredible playlists - often featuring at least one old-school RnB classic - Deena creates a motivational atmosphere, whether you’re looking for an energising pre-work session, a fun post-work vibe, or a weekend reset.
