CONQUER YOUR JOURNEY WITH US, NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
40, 50 or 60-minute classes combining treadmill intervals on Woodway 4Fronts with targeted strength training on Fitbenches. Expect sprints, hills and steady runs that push cardio endurance and speed—paired with floor work using weights, kettlebells, medballs and bodyweight to build full body strength. Each day has a specific body focus. Every session finishes with our signature recovery. No experience needed.
40, 50 or 60-minute classes combining boxing intervals on Aqua Bags with targeted strength and conditioning on Fitbenches. You’ll move between boxing rounds—built around power, speed and coordination and high-intensity strength circuits on the floor, with a different body focus each day. Every session ends with our signature recovery. No experience needed.
45–50 minute small group classes combining strength and conditioning on state-of-the-art Allegro reformers. Guided by strength training principles, our coaches structure each session using progressive overload, tempo work and compound movements with dumbbells (2–22.5kg) to build muscle and improve endurance. Our studio is equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells to ensure every need is met. Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery. This is a reformer experience like no other.
New to our Strength Reformer classes? We strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.
RUN is a 50-minute treadmill based interval class designed to build endurance, speed and a strong mindset. The class combines intervals, recovery blocks and a focused warm up to prepare your body and mind. Each phase is designed to help you train with intent and run smarter, not just harder. No experience required.

In Ruth’s classes, be prepared to work as hard as her playlists. From Space Jam themed change overs, to HipHop Thursdays to Fred Again (again again and again). Don’t be fooled by that unwavering smile, Ruth will push you to dig deep and bring the energy to match the vibes in the studio.
Her mission is to help clients join the dots between mind and body, proving that one is only as strong as the other.

Stella is a strength-focused reformer trainer from sunny Australia, bringing the Aussie heat and energy to her classes. With her dynamic approach, you can expect a workout that’s both powerful and uplifting.
Stella also holds certifications in pre/postnatal reformer training, 800-hour yoga qualification, and a degree in nutritional and dietetic medicine giving her a well-rounded approach to health and wellbeing.
Her classes deliver equal parts challenge, fun, and care, as she artfully combines expertise with genuine passion to leave members feeling strong from the inside out.
In her own journey, Stella discovered that pushing past her limits on the reformer not only built physical resilience but also transformed her mental outlook. Now, she’s dedicated to helping others experience this same growth, inspiring a mindset shift that extends beyond the studio. Her classes empower members to move with intention, reconnect with their bodies, and find joy in each step of the journey toward strength and balance.
We are a boutique fitness studio in London, providing group fitness workouts using woodway 4front treadmills, water-filled aqua bags, allegro reformers and fitbenches. We offer five different concepts: HIIT&RUN, HIIT&BOX, RUN, STRENGTH REFORMER and STRENGTH. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery to ensure you can train for tomorrow.
Do I need to be an athlete to work out at Victus Soul?
Absolutely not. Our aim is to conquer your journey, whatever that means to you. All our classes can be taken at your own level, so if you aren’t feeling it, there are always modifications to ensure you don’t overexert yourself. We have qualified trainers who understand your first time in the studio might be a little daunting and will take good care of you! If you are injured or don't feel 100%, just let the trainer know.
What are your opening hours?
We open 30 minutes before the first class begins and close 30 minutes after the last class ends. All of our classes are listed on the timetable.
What's the easiest way to get there?
ALDGATE: We have 3 tube stations within a 6-minute walk; Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Hill. Easy. Liverpool Street is just up the road too.
WATERLOO: 2-minute walk from Waterloo tube.
How do I book?
You can book via our website or App. All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ button in the right hand corner of your screen. From there, you'll be able to purchase credits to book your class.
Do you offer memberships?
Yes! Please go to the ‘Buy Classes’ page of the website for information on memberships.
What is a credit?
One class = one credit.
You can purchase any credit packages from the ‘Buy Classes’ page.
Different credit bundle options have different expiry dates - please check these before purchasing.
Is there a joining fee for memberships?
Nope.
What is your class cancellation policy?
We ask for 12 hours' notice if you can't make it to class. If you cancel outside of 12 hours we will refund you the credit, however, there are no refunds if classes are cancelled within 12 hours of the class' start time.

First time induction
On your first visit to Victus Soul you will be required to complete a quick induction before class. This is so that you know exactly how our equipment works and where to locate anything you might need during the class. You'll need to be outside the studio 5 minutes before the class' start time. If you don't complete an induction, we wont be able to let you take part in the class. This is for the health & safety of you and other members participating in the class.
What if I'm late to a class?
We ask that on your first visit to Victus Soul, you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for us to check you in, show you around and get you into your induction 5 minutes before class. We will release any spots that have not checked in to the walk-in waitlist 4 minutes before the start of class.
Do you have a waitlist for full classes?
Yes!
Do you have food and drinks?
Our Soul Bar provides everything you need pre and post-workout. The menu includes coffee, a range of protein shakes, nocco, water and snacks.
Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?
Please refer to our pregnancy policy in our Health Statement
When is it safe to get off the treadmill?
Once the treadmill has completely stopped, no exceptions.
Can I share my credits with a friend?
You can share certain pay as you go credits with a friend (please check the "buy classes" page on the website to see whether your pay as you go pack can be shared). In order to do this your friend they need to have an account with Victus Soul. For the avoidance of doubt, memberships cannot be shared.
How do I cancel my membership?
Memberships must be cancelled in writing to vic@victus-soul.com 48 hours before the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after the renewal date will take effect at the end of the new renewed period (no refund will be processed for late cancellations). Please note removing a credit cards on your account does not consitute cancelling your contract.
