40-50-60 min classes focusing on running intervals on woodway 4front treadmills combined with targeted strength & conditioning on Fitbench weight benches. Each day has a specific body focus. All of our classes finish with our signature recovery. No experience required.

40-50-60 min classes focusing on boxing intervals on aqua bags combined with targeted strength & conditioning on Fitbench weight benches. Each day has a specific body focus. All of our classes finish with our signature recovery. No experience required.

STRENGTH REFORMER

45-50 minute small group classes, with a focus on Strength and Conditioning using a reformer. Our highly skilled instructors are trained with up-to-date strength methods to ensure you receive an experience like never before. Our studio is equipped with state-of-the-art Allegro reformers, jump boards, boxes, rings and 2-22.5kg dumbbells, ensuring your every need is met. All of our strength-based reformer classes finish with the Victus Soul Signature Recovery. No experience required, but we strongly recommend you attend our Strength Reformer Foundations class if you have never tried our classes before. Our Strength Reformer Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.

Ruth swapped the corporate life for a better life, after discovering the impact that moving her body had on her mental health.

In Ruth’s classes, be prepared to work as hard as her playlists. From Space Jam themed change overs, to HipHop Thursdays to Fred Again (again again and again). Don’t be fooled by that unwavering smile, Ruth will push you to dig deep and bring the energy to match the vibes in the studio. 

Her mission is to help clients join the dots between mind and body, proving that one is only as strong as the other.

And to quote one of her favourite athletes Michael Johnson “As strong as my legs were, it was my mind that made me a champion.”

Lottie

Lottie, a passionate fitness enthusiast from Australia, has taken on the role of head of reformer at Victus studio in London. Known for her toughness and unwavering commitment, she leads with expertise and guides her clients on their fitness journeys. Formally known as the Tiny Torturer on her home soil in Australia, she is set to challenge your perception of the ‘Reformer Pilates’, focusing strength based principles to ensure you’re getting more than just a stretch. Her genuine care and dedication have made a lasting impact on the fitness community in Australia, and now she’s ready to strike here in London

Get ready to be motivated and empowered, as Lottie pushes you to “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable”

From fashion to fitness, oleata traded a career in PR & Marketing for Movement & Mindfulness! 

Feeling a deep calling to serve others and take up space in the world of health & fitness, Oleata’s mission is to inspire mindful movement and make you fall in love with your body’s own natural rhythm. 

She brings the sass, the spice and all things nice. Expect to be nurtured and encouraged, whilst challenged to push past personal boundaries and limitations. 

Oleata is committed to making fitness accessible to all and creating a safe space to build strength, confidence, grit and resilience!

The one you love to hate! Seon is a trainer who thrives on getting the best out of everyone around him. Equipped with a sadistic nature and super villain-esq laugh, expect to be pushed to your limits in the best way possible.

A huge amount of experience competing in several sports, not only means he's well versed on the physicality of training, but the mental side as well. As an athlete, consistency takes centre stage, and Seon is here to help you create long-lasting healthy habits.

FAQS

What is Victus Soul?

We are a boutique fitness studio in London, providing group fitness workouts using woodway 4front treadmills, water-filled aqua bags, allegro reformers and fitbenches. We offer five different concepts: HIIT&RUN, HIIT&BOX, RUN, REFORMER and STRENGTH. All of our workouts are finished off with our signature recovery to ensure you can train for tomorrow.

Do I need to be an athlete to work out at Victus Soul?

Absolutely not. Our aim is to conquer your journey, whatever that means to you. All our classes can be taken at your own level, so if you aren’t feeling it, there are always modifications to ensure you don’t overexert yourself. We have qualified trainers who understand your first time in the studio might be a little daunting and will take good care of you! If you are injured or don't feel 100%, just let the trainer know.

What are your opening hours?

We open 30 minutes before the first class begins and close 30 minutes after the last class ends. All of our classes are listed on the timetable.

What's the easiest way to get there?

ALDGATE: We have 3 tube stations within a 6-minute walk; Aldgate, Aldgate East and Tower Hill. Easy. Liverpool Street is just up the road too.

How do I book?

You can book via our website or App. All you need to do is create an account by clicking on the ‘Sign In/Sign Up’ button in the right hand corner of your screen. From there, you'll be able to purchase credits to book your class.

Do you offer memberships?

Yes! Please go to the ‘Buy Classes’ page of the website for information on memberships.

What is a credit?

One class = one credit.

You can purchase any credit packages from the ‘Buy Classes’ page.

Different credit bundle options have different expiry dates - please check these before purchasing.

Is there a joining fee for memberships?

Nope.

What is your class cancellation policy?

We ask for 12 hours' notice if you can't make it to class. If you cancel outside of 12 hours we will refund you the credit, however, there are no refunds if classes are cancelled within 12 hours of the class' start time.

First time induction

On your first visit to Victus Soul you will be required to complete a quick induction before class. This is so that you know exactly how our equipment works and where to locate anything you might need during the class. You'll need to be outside the studio 5 minutes before the class' start time. If you don't complete an induction, we wont be able to let you take part in the class. This is for the health & safety of you and other members participating in the class. 

What if I'm late to a class?

We ask that on your first visit to Victus Soul, you arrive 15 minutes early to allow time for us to check you in, show you around and get you into your induction 5 minutes before class. We will release any spots that have not checked in to the walk-in waitlist 4 minutes before the start of class.

Do you have a waitlist for full classes?

Yes!

Do you have food and drinks?

Our Soul Bar provides everything you need pre and post-workout. The menu includes coffee, a range of protein shakes, nocco, water and snacks.

Can I attend a class if I am pregnant?

Mums to be and new mums are always welcome but make sure you have spoken to your doctor beforehand and you know what exercises you can and can't do.  HIIT training is generally not advised during pregnancy due to the intensity of the workout so your doctor must understand what our classes entail (boxing/running with weight training) and give you advice based on this. 

When is it safe to get off the treadmill?

Once the treadmill has completely stopped, no exceptions.

Can I share my credits with a friend?

You can share certain pay as you go credits with a friend (please check the "buy classes" page on the website to see whether your pay as you go pack can be shared). In order to do this your friend they need to have an account with Victus Soul. For the avoidance of doubt, memberships cannot be shared.

How do I cancel my membership?

Memberships must be cancelled in writing to ck@victus-soul.com 48 hours before the renewal date. Any cancellation requests received after the renewal date will take effect at the end of the new renewed period (no refund will be processed for late cancellations). Please note removing a credit cards on your account does not consitute cancelling your contract.
