THE WORKOUTS

HIIT&RUN

40, 50 or 60-minute classes combining treadmill intervals on Woodway 4Fronts with targeted strength training on Fitbenches. Expect sprints, hills and steady runs that push cardio endurance and speed—paired with floor work using weights, kettlebells, medballs and bodyweight to build full body strength. Each day has a specific body focus. Every session finishes with our signature recovery. No experience needed.

HIIT&BOX

40, 50 or 60-minute classes combining boxing intervals on Aqua Bags with targeted strength and conditioning on Fitbenches. You’ll move between boxing rounds—built around power, speed and coordination and high-intensity strength circuits on the floor, with a different body focus each day. Every session ends with our signature recovery. No experience needed.

STRENGTH REFORMER

45–50 minute small group classes combining strength and conditioning on state-of-the-art Allegro reformers. Guided by strength training principles, our trainers structure each session using progressive overload, tempo work and compound movements with dumbbells (2–22.5kg) to build muscle and improve endurance. Our studio is equipped with jumpboards, boxes, rings and dumbbells to ensure every need is met. Each class finishes with our Signature Recovery. This is a reformer experience like no other. New to our Strength Reformer classes? We strongly recommend starting with our Foundations class. Advanced classes are not suitable for first timers.

RUN

RUN is a 50-minute treadmill based interval class designed to build endurance, speed and a strong mindset. The class combines intervals, recovery blocks and a focused warm up to prepare your body and mind. Each phase is designed to help you train with intent and run smarter, not just harder. No experience required.

Fran is driven by the belief that everyone should have the right to access movement in ways and spaces that suit and empower them - while having a great time doing it! Big on energy and even bigger on tunes, they'll have you feeling and performing at your best whilst vibing to the dirtiest beats. 

With a background in Martial Arts and Performing Arts, Fran understands just how much movement and mental wellbeing are connected and always strives to make their classes a fun, safe and encouraging space for everyone.  Expect big energy, big beats and big smiles all around.

Ollie

Ollie joined the Victus family on the Front of House team, where he learnt first-hand just how much of a positive impact a Victus Soul class can have on your day. Now he’s ready to step out from behind the front desk to share that positivity as a trainer.

Expect to sweat, push through your limitations, and discover that you are stronger than you thought. Ollie will be with you the whole way, encouraging you to cross the finish line with your head held high, ready to take on the rest of your day.

Lottie

Lottie, a passionate fitness enthusiast from Australia, has taken on the role of head of reformer at Victus studio in London. Known for her toughness and unwavering commitment, she leads with expertise and guides her clients on their fitness journeys. Formally known as the Tiny Torturer on her home soil in Australia, she is set to challenge your perception of the ‘Reformer Pilates’, focusing strength based principles to ensure you’re getting more than just a stretch. Her genuine care and dedication have made a lasting impact on the fitness community in Australia, and now she’s ready to strike here in London

Get ready to be motivated and empowered, as Lottie pushes you to “Get comfortable with being uncomfortable”

Jordan is all about bringing the heat to every class. His infectious enthusiasm and unwavering passion will electrify the room, setting the stage for an adrenaline-pumping workout like no other. You'll feel the energy coursing through your veins as you lace up your shoes, put on your gloves and prepare to take on the world.

Ruth

Ruth swapped the corporate life for a better life, after discovering the impact that moving her body had on her mental health.

In Ruth’s classes, be prepared to work as hard as her playlists. From Space Jam themed change overs, to HipHop Thursdays to Fred Again (again again and again). Don’t be fooled by that unwavering smile, Ruth will push you to dig deep and bring the energy to match the vibes in the studio. 

Her mission is to help clients join the dots between mind and body, proving that one is only as strong as the other.

And to quote one of her favourite athletes Michael Johnson “As strong as my legs were, it was my mind that made me a champion.”
